I purchased a Medium Spanx cognito camisole which is my usual size. When I first put it on, the cami felt fine - not too tight but slimming. I wore it to work for the first time today and it is very uncomfortable because it rolls up every few minutes! I've gone to the bathroom more times today to pull it down than I have in the last week combined. I would not recommend this product.
